You can check in using your booking code, CPF number (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas, the number of the individual) or your Smiley Club membership number. You will also need the name of the airport you are departing from.
Online check-in opens as early as 48 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before departure. For flights to the US, it opens 24 hours before departure.

All GOL passengers may take one piece of hand luggage and one free personal item (handbag, laptop, tablet, duty free bag) on board. The dimensions of the hand luggage must not exceed 55 x 35 x 25 cm (21.7 x 13.8 x 9.8 inches).
<h3>Checked luggage</h3>
Each checked bag must not exceed 23 kg (50.7 lb) and dimensions 80 x 50 x 28 cm (31.5 x 19.7 x 11 inches). GOL will check 2 bags free of charge if you fly Premium Economy and MAX Class. For Plus, Light and Promo Class you must be a member of the <a rel="noopener" href="https://www.voegol.com.br/informacoes/programa-de-fidelidade-smiles" target="_blank">Smile Club</a> and travel in Prata, Ouro or Diamante to get at least one checked <a rel="noopener" href="https://www.voegol.com.br/informacoes/bagagem" target="_blank">free bag</a>.
Travelers with a child under the age of 2 can carry a stroller and a car seat for free. Oversized sports equipment must be declared by the company prior to departure and properly packed.
