Neos Air is an Italian airline specialising in scheduled and charter flights. Neos Air was founded in 2000 as a combination of two travel agencies, Italy's Alpitour SpA and Germany's Tui Group, which lasted until 2004, when Neos Air was acquired exclusively by Italy's Alpitour.
Neos Air has had a long-standing partnership with Costa Cruises.
The airline's fleet consists of the following types of Boeing aircraft: 787-800 and 787-900 Dreamliner.

The price of the ticket always includes 1 piece of hand luggage, which must not exceed any of the specified limits - the maximum dimensions are 55 x 40 x 20 cm (21.7 x 15.7 x 7.9 in) and weight up to 8 kg (17.6 lb). In addition, each passenger can take a small bag (laptop, handbag,...) that fits under the seat.
