For most destinations, you can check in 48-3 hours before your scheduled departure. For flights to Cancún, Havana, Holguin, Cayo Largo, Varadero, Montego Bay, New York, online check-in is available 24-3 hours prior to departure.
On-line check-in is not available for flights to the following destinations: Olbia, Rimini, Amburgo, Bassora, Bamako, Nanchino, Mary, Turkmenbashi, Prague, Toronto, Keflavik, Pointe à Pitre, Rostock, Dubai, Tianjin, Almaty, Colombo, Milano Malpensa - Cairo, Turin and Amman.
<h3>Airport check-in</h3>
Check-in at the airport counter is available free of charge. Counters usually open 2 hours and close approximately 30 minutes before departure.

<h3>Carry-on baggage</h3>
The price of the ticket always includes 1 piece of hand luggage, which must not exceed any of the specified limits - the maximum dimensions are 55 x 40 x 20 cm (21.7 x 15.7 x 7.9 in) and weight up to 8 kg (17.6 lb). In addition, each passenger can take a small bag (laptop, handbag,...) that fits under the seat.
<h3>Checked luggage</h3>
