If you have accidentally mixed up the letters in your name, the airline will allow you to change up to 3 letters for free. You must contact the airline for these changes. If you have purchased a ticket on LowFare and LowFare+ fares and you wish to change the passenger's name/destination/departure/date, you will pay a fee of EUR 65 (GBP 55 or USD 77) for this change and any difference in ticket price. If you have purchased a Flex fare, you can make these changes with no additional charge.
