<p>Norwegian, full name Norwegian Air Shuttle, is Norwegian's low-cost airline. Its official headquarters are located in Forneb, which is in Norway, but its largest base is at Oslo Airport. The airline was founded in 1993, but started operating as a low-cost airline in 2002. Today, Norwegian connects Scandinavia to the rest of Europe with its flights.</p>

<p>Online check-in is available 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Two hours before departure, you will receive a text message that you can use to check in and present your boarding pass on your phone.</p>

<h3>Carry-on baggage</h3>
<p>On each fare, you can carry a small carry-on bag on the board of the aircraft, which will be placed under the seat in front of you. This baggage must not exceed 30x20x38 cm (12x8x15 in) in size. If you have purchased a ticket on a LowFare+ or Flex fare, you are entitled to an additional carry-on bag with a maximum size of 55x23x40 cm (22x9x16 in). The weight of both pieces of luggage must not exceed 10 kg (22 lb) combined. If you have a Flex fare, this limit is increased to 15 kg (33 lb).</p>
<h3>Luggage Allowance</h3>
<p>Luggage allowance cannot exceed 250x79x112 cm (98x31x44 in). The maximum weight limit for checked baggage per passenger is 74 kg (163 lb), with each bag not exceeding 32 kg (70,5 lb). Passengers on the LowFare fare must pay extra for their checked baggage.</p>
<h3>Sports equipment</h3>

<h3>Traveling with children under 2 years</h3>
<p>If you are travelling on international flights with a child under 2 years old sitting on your lap during the flight, you will only pay 10% of the adult fare for their ticket. If it is a domestic flight, children below 2 y.o. fly for free. Children under 2 years old are not entitled to their own hand luggage. One piece of checked luggage (maximum weight 5 kg) and a stroller/car seat are free of charge.</p>
<h3>Traveling with children aged 2 - 11 years</h3>
<p>There is a special discount for children of this age (except for long-haul flights). Children in this age range pay 75% of the adult ticket price. This discount cannot be applied if tickets were purchased on a LowFare fare. Children are entitled to baggage allowance according to the terms and conditions of the fare in which the ticket was purchased.</p>
<h3>Traveling with children over 12</h3>

<p>If you have accidentally mixed up the letters in your name, the airline will allow you to change up to 3 letters for free. You must contact the airline for these changes. If you have purchased a ticket on LowFare and LowFare+ fares and you wish to change the passenger's name/destination/departure/date, you will pay a fee of EUR 65 (GBP 55 or USD 77) for this change and any difference in ticket price. If you have purchased a Flex fare, you can make these changes with no additional charge.</p>

<p>You can only cancel your ticket with Norwegian if you purchased it on a Flex plan.
