Online check-in

You can check in online directly at the carrier's website and this option is available for flights departing from Taoyuan International Airport. The service is available no earlier than 48 hours and no later than 2.5 hours before scheduled departure and it's free of charge to passengers. Please note, however, that even if you check in online, you must show your boarding pass at the check-in counter.

In some cases, online check-in is not possible, for example for passengers with special assistance or for passengers under 15 years of age. You can see a list of exceptions on this page.

Airport check-in

To check in at the airport, please arrive at the check-in counter no earlier than 2.5 hours before departure. You can check in no later than 45 minutes before departure, when the counter closes. The exception is at Macao Airport, where the check-in counter closes 60 minutes before departure time.

If you insist on selecting a seat and did not purchase this option when you bought your ticket, you must add seats no later than 4 hours before departure. This service is no longer available during check-in.
