Flying with children under 2 years

For children under 2 years of age, Turkish Airlines offer a discount (the amount of the discount depends on the flight and destination). The child sits on your lap during the flight. If you are flying with multiple young children, each child must have a car seat.

If you are flying with a toddler, you may have the following extra:

• folding stroller as checked baggage
• checked luggage up to 10 kg (22 lb)
• carry-on baggage up to 8 kg (17,6 lb)
• food and drinks for children in containers up to 100 ml

Remember that toddlers and children must have their own passport.

Travelling with children under 12

For children between the age of 2-12, there are no exceptions or discounts.
