Check-in online

Online check-in is available 4 days prior to scheduled departure and closes 2.5 hours prior to departure. Online check-in can be done via the airline's website. After filling in the required data, your boarding pass will be generated. Your boarding pass can be downloaded and saved on your smartphone or it can be printed. Then you can present it at the airport.

You can also check in using the mobile app (Android, iOS). Fill in the required information in the check-in section and then generate your boarding pass. Simply download the boarding pass to your smartphone and present it at the airport. Your tickets can be found in the "Boarding cards" section of the app.

Check-in at the airport

You can check-in at the airport for a fee only. If you specify the option to check-in at the airport when booking your tickets, you will be charged a fee of EUR 10 (9 GBP/ 11 USD). You can then simply collect your boarding pass on the day of departure. If you don't book this service in advance, you will be charged with a fee of EUR 30 (25 GBP/ 33 USD) per passenger at the airport when you check in.

The check-in counter opens 2 hours before departure and closes 35 minutes before scheduled departure. These times vary at some airports, for more information you can visit here.
