Services at Abu Dhabi Airport
| Information | You can find an information desk at each terminal. |
| Internet / Wifi | Wifi covers all areas of Abu Dhabi airport. Connect to the “ADAC Free Wireless” network and enjoy unlimited free access. If needed, you can use one of the approximately 50 internet kiosks at the airport for free. |
| Power Outlets / Phone Charging | This is a modern airport, and charging electronics will not be a problem here. |
| Food and Drink | There are about 30 dining options at the airport. Some are located in the public area, while most are beyond security control. Opening hours vary, but you can find 24-hour buffets and restaurants. Alternatively, you can buy something to eat at one of the supermarkets or bakeries. |
| ATMs | There are plenty of ATMs at the airport, located in both the departure and arrival halls of all terminals. |
| Currency Exchange | There are a total of 14 currency exchange offices at Abu Dhabi airport. They are spread across all terminals, and the advantage is that most of them have unlimited opening hours. |
| Shops | You can look forward to a rich Duty-Free zone, where you can purchase various goods from luxury products to regional specialties, toys, and souvenirs. |
| Luggage Storage | Storage facilities are located at T1 and T3 in the arrival halls. You can store oversized luggage as well as items like mobile phones or keys. The daily rate for small luggage is 21 AED, and each additional day costs 10.50 AED. Regular luggage costs 31.50 AED for the first 24 hours, and each additional day costs the same as small luggage, 10.50 AED. |
| Post Office / Mailbox | You can find the post office in the Skypark center. |
| Smoking Area | Smoking is allowed either in outdoor areas or at designated spots in the terminals, which are always beyond security. T1 on the 1st floor, T2 on the ground floor, and T3 on the 2nd floor. |
| Lounges | There are a total of 8 lounges at the airport. Five of them belong to Etihad Airways. The remaining three lounges are located at T1 and can be used by all passengers regardless of travel class. They are open 24 hours a day. The cheapest entry is to the Al Reem lounge, where 2 hours cost about 170 AED and 5 hours 290 AED. |
| Children's Play Area | You can find a play area for children at terminal 1. Children's playrooms are also part of several airport lounges. |
