Cancellations are the same as ticket changes. Therefore, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the paid seat.
The option to change / cancel a ticket is open until the first of your selected connections takes off. If you wish to change or cancel your ticket after this date, please contact the company at 968-2453 1111. The airline always informs its customers of the fees that will be charged for individual transactions. These are then deducted from the amount Oman Air will refund for the cancelled ticket.

The prescribed maximum weight for carry-on baggage in Economy Class is 7 kg (15,4 lb) and the maximum size is 24 x 41 x 51 cm (9,5 x 16 x 20 inches). Business and First Class passengers can take two pieces of hand luggage that meet the above criteria.
<h3>Checked baggage</h3>
The weight of checked-in baggage varies by class. For Economy Class (except for Economy Saver) it is 30 kg (66 lb). For Business and First classes, you can pack a suitcase weighing up to 50 kg (110 lb). The dimensions of the baggage you check in must not exceed 159 cm / 62,5 inches (height x width x depth).
<h3>Sports equipment</h3>
Special baggage such as sports equipment (bowling balls, bow, diving equipment, etc.), musical and film instruments can be checked in. For weights up to 23 kg (50,7 lb) and dimensions up to 210 cm (82,7 in), even free of charge.

Only one child can travel with each adult. Flights with a newborn under 7 days old must be subject to a medical reason for travel. A child can also fly alone, from the age of 5 to 16 years - they will be accompanied by staff.
If you are traveling with an infant, you have to buy them a ticket and also check them in. The airline wants to keep track of everyone on board. Passengers with children can bring a piece of additional baggage weighing up to 10 kg (22 lb) on board the aircraft (except Super Saver Economy Class). 
Children between the ages of 4 and 12 can be a part of the Sinbad loyalty program. They get a stamp in their passport from the captain on every flight and get a free flight for 10 stamps. They will also be entertained on board during the journey, getting a puzzle, coloring book, or storybook.
