You can check in online in the comfort of your home on the company's website or in the mobile app. Online check-in is available from 24 hours to 90 minutes before departure. After filling out the required information, a boarding pass will be generated for you.
<h3>Airport check-in</h3>
You can also check-in at the airport. Be sure to arrive at least 3 hours in advance of your flight. Remember that you not only have to go through a full check-in but also through immigration and security. The airport check-in option closes 90 minutes before departure.
You can add an early check-in or baggage check-in option with Oman Air. You can check in at the airport with no queues as early as 8 hours before departure, and have your luggage checked at a special fast-track counter as early as 12 hours before take-off.

<h3>Carry-on baggage</h3>
The prescribed maximum weight for carry-on baggage in Economy Class is 7 kg (15,4 lb) and the maximum size is 24 x 41 x 51 cm (9,5 x 16 x 20 inches). Business and First Class passengers can take two pieces of hand luggage that meet the above criteria.
<h3>Checked baggage</h3>
The weight of checked-in baggage varies by class. For Economy Class (except for Economy Saver) it is 30 kg (66 lb). For Business and First classes, you can pack a suitcase weighing up to 50 kg (110 lb). The dimensions of the baggage you check in must not exceed 159 cm / 62,5 inches (height x width x depth).
<h3>Sports equipment</h3>
Special baggage such as sports equipment (bowling balls, bow, diving equipment, etc.), musical and film instruments can be checked in. For weights up to 23 kg (50,7 lb) and dimensions up to 210 cm (82,7 in), even free of charge.

Oman Air offers a loyalty program for collecting frequent flyer miles - Sindbad. If you join the program, you will start at the Sindbad Blue level. Benefits include a 5% discount on duty-free products sold in-flight, special offers, or bonus miles.
On completion of 20,000 air miles or 15 sectors, you can upgrade to Sindbad Silver. Here you get 25% extra miles, Business Class benefits, and the option to check heavier baggage (40 or 60 kg depending on class). Silver is valid for one year.
If you fly more than 40,000 miles on Silver or surpass 30 sectors, you will be awarded Sindbad Gold membership. With this class, you can redeem the miles you earn for a seat upgrade from Business to First class, you will be able to take even bulkier baggage (50 and 70 kg depending on class) and you will be credited with a 50% bonus on the miles flown.

Only one child can travel with each adult. Flights with a newborn under 7 days old must be subject to a medical reason for travel. A child can also fly alone, from the age of 5 to 16 years - they will be accompanied by staff.
If you are traveling with an infant, you have to buy them a ticket and also check them in. The airline wants to keep track of everyone on board. Passengers with children can bring a piece of additional baggage weighing up to 10 kg (22 lb) on board the aircraft (except Super Saver Economy Class). 
Children between the ages of 4 and 12 can be a part of the Sinbad loyalty program. They get a stamp in their passport from the captain on every flight and get a free flight for 10 stamps. They will also be entertained on board during the journey, getting a puzzle, coloring book, or storybook.

Passengers are served food by cabin crew according to class and also according to the duration of the flight. Business Class passengers receive meals on short, medium, and long-haul flights. The menus include fish, roast chicken, and vegetarian options. Change fees vary by class. For Economy Smart, Economy Prime, Business Prime and First Prime classes, passengers may even not pay for changes at all.

Online you can only cancel / change tickets purchased <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.omanair.com/cz/en/manage-bookings" target="_blank">on the website</a> / in the app, in the call centre or at a branch and paid by card. Cancellations are the same as ticket changes. Therefore, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the paid seat.
The option to change / cancel a ticket is open until the first of your selected connections takes off. If you wish to change or cancel your ticket after this date, please contact the company at 968-2453 1111. The airline always informs its customers of the fees that will be charged for individual transactions. These are then deducted from the amount Oman Air will refund for the cancelled ticket.
