You can make changes to your flight online. On the company's website you can change your contact information, secure extra legroom, add extra baggage, change your flight date or cancel and refund your ticket. If you have already checked-in, you will not receive a refund for your seat reservation if you change your ticket to a higher or lower class.

Change fees vary by class. For Economy Smart, Economy Prime, Business Prime and First Prime classes, passengers may even not pay for changes at all.
