Qatar Airways operates the second longest flight in the world. The Doha - Auckland flight takes 17 hours and 50 minutes and covers a distance of 14,536 km during the flight. Until 2018, it was the world's longest flight. The new record was set by Singapore Airlines with its Singapore - Newark flight (18 hours 30 minutes).
