Carry-on baggage

Travelers in all classes and fares can carry a minimum of one carry-on bag free of charge. Economy Class passengers may take one hand baggage on board with a maximum weight of 7 kg. Business and First Class passengers may carry two pieces of hand luggage which can weigh up to 15 kg (in total). The luggage must not exceed 50 x 37 x 25 cm. Each passenger may take a personal item (handbag, small backpack, laptop bag) on board along with hand luggage, which must fit under the seat.

Checked baggage

Checked baggage allowances vary depending on the class and fare you have purchased and also the destination you are flying to. All fares include one checked bag for free. For flights to Africa or the Americas, limits vary, you can look here for details.

• Economy Class: Classic 25 kg, Convenience 30 kg, Comfort 35 kg
• Business Class: all fares 40 kg
• First Class: 50 kg
