Complaints and Compensation with TAP Portugal
Were you dissatisfied with the services of TAP Portugal? If there are any issues caused by the company, you have the right to file a complaint. The rules for compensation can be found in regulation EU 261/2004, which applies to all flights of European airlines.
You have the right to compensation from TAP Portugal, for example, in the case of a flight cancellation that was announced to you less than 7 days before the scheduled departure and you reach your destination with a delay of more than 2 hours. It is necessary to inform the airline about the issue by phone or fill out their complaint form. If your luggage is damaged or lost during the flight, contact a member of the ground staff directly at the arrival airport.
If your flight is delayed or canceled, you may have the right to compensation.
