All Ryanair flights can be changed (up to 2.5 hours before departure), but cannot be cancelled. If you do not take your paid flight, the amount paid for tickets and services is non-refundable. You can apply for a refund of government tax within one month of your travel date. A fee of EUR 20 (GBP 17 or USD 23) will be charged. If the amount of government tax is less than the fee, there will be no refund.
