If your flight was canceled and you received a voucher, you can use it for any other flights or convert it into cash. If you decide to use the voucher for another flight, you can do so within 12 months from the date of issue. The voucher can be used for new bookings. The name of the first passenger must be the same as the name on the voucher. Simply enter the voucher number when paying for new tickets. The voucher will be deducted as a discount.
