Baggage with Ryanair (dimensions, weight, price...)
Carry-On Luggage
Without any additional charge, you can bring one small personal bag on board with maximum dimensions of 40 cm x 20 cm x 25 cm. This bag/small backpack/handbag must fit under the seat in front of you. The dimensions are very strict, and airport staff may measure your luggage before boarding. If your luggage does not meet the prescribed dimensions, a fee will be required.
Large Carry-On Luggage
If you purchase the Priority service, you can bring two pieces of carry-on luggage (a small personal bag + luggage with dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm and a maximum weight of 10 kg) on board.
You can also get larger carry-on luggage with Regular, Plus, and FlexiPlus fares.
Checked Luggage
You can purchase checked luggage during ticket booking or later at the check-in counter. One person can check in up to 3 pieces of luggage. The prices for checked luggage depend on the chosen route and date. You can choose between two allowed weights: 10 kg and 20 kg.
Other Luggage and Sports Equipment
Sports equipment (bicycle, skis, snowboard, or golf equipment) can be transported for a fee. You can find the individual fees here.
Animal Transport
Animal transport is not allowed with Ryanair. The only exception is assistance dogs for the blind.
Transporting a Stroller with Ryanair
You can bring two child care items on board for free.

- Travel cot
- Car seat
- Back carrier
At check-in, a tag will be placed on the stroller, and you will hand it over at the departure gate. Upon arrival, the stroller will usually be available at the baggage carousel.
You are also entitled to a free child's luggage weighing up to 5 kg (dimensions: 45×35×20 cm).
Drone Transport
You must transport the drone in cabin luggage. Devices with batteries up to 160 Wh are allowed.
