If you have an Optima, Family or TimeFlex fare, you have the option to cancel your flight in the form of a flight credit. If you have a Basic fare, you can purchase a Flex package for EUR 3 - 10 (GBP 2.57 - 8.56 or USD 3.56 - 11.87), which also allows cancellation in the form of a flight credit.

In these cases, cancellation up to 48 hours before departure is for free. Cancellations are made in the booking management after logging in, which you'll receive in your e-mail box with the flight credit to use for your future purchase or another person.

If you have paid with Avios points, you'll receive them back to your Avios account for use at a later date after cancellation. Refunds can take up to a week.
