If you have the Optima, Family, or TimeFlex fare, you have the option to cancel your flight in the form of flight credit. The Basic fare does not offer this option, but for a fee of 3 - 10£ (3.5 - 11.5 EUR), you can purchase the Flex package, which also allows cancellation within the flight fare.

In these cases, cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before departure for free. You can cancel in the reservation management after logging in, and you will then receive an email with flight credit, which you can use for your next purchase for yourself or another person.

If you paid with Avios points, you will receive them back to your Avios account after cancellation. The refund may take up to a week.
