Online Check-In

You can complete online check-in directly on the website of Vueling.

If you did not purchase a specific seat during booking, online check-in will be available to you 7 days before departure and must be completed no later than 1 hour before the scheduled departure (this time may vary, we recommend checking here). A seat on the plane will be assigned to you randomly.

If you purchased a ticket in the Optima, Family, or TimeFlex fares or bought a specific seat, online check-in will be available immediately after purchase and will close no later than one hour before the scheduled departure (this time may also vary).

Print the boarding pass in PDF format and take it with you to the airport. Another option is to download the boarding pass to the mobile app (Android, iOS), and at the airport, you just present the QR code.

Some passengers cannot use online check-in and need to check in at the airport counter. These include:

• minors traveling without an adult from any Italian airport
• passengers traveling with an animal
• passengers with an extra seat
• passengers with a pending payment
• passengers who cannot be verified online
• passengers with sports equipment
• passengers requiring verification of the credit card holder's identity

Airport Check-In

If the airport does not allow online check-in or your reservation does not allow it, you will be checked in at the airport for free. Barcelona airport also offers a check-in kiosk.
