Vueling

Vueling Flight Credits are obtained in the event of a flight cancellation and can be used for future purchases for yourself or another person. You can see the validity period of the credit on the website, in the app, or in the emails sent by Vueling. Each canceled reservation has its own flight credit, which cannot be combined.

Through the website vueling.com or their app (iOS, Android), you can select a new flight. During payment, your flight credit will be displayed, and you will need to enter your details (booking code and email). If the price is lower, the remaining credit will be saved for future use. If it is higher, you will pay the difference. When using flight credit for a purchase, you do not earn points within the Vueling Club (Avios points).
